Hi, my name is Archer and I am a fully licensed class 3 Yoga instructor. Yoga is my passion and I have been instructing for over 5 years now.
On top of Yoga, I also participate in Cardio on a regular basis.
My goal is to help you relax and enjoy exercise. Whether you are new to Yoga, or have some experience. I will be there to guide you through a fun, yet fulfilling set of routines and poses.
